He has collaborated with early seed-stage startups to address their critical talent needs during hyper-growth phases, guiding them through to IPOs and successful exits. Peter is also an entrepreneur, having launched three businesses, and holds a degree in Business Administration from Temple University.

Steve graduated from Bryant University with a degree in Business Administration/Marketing.

Ben Schmidt holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science and has over 3 years of experience in executive recruiting at TowerHill Associates, specializing in sourcing talent for early-stage and mid-size startups. He also brings over 2 years of experience in the film industry, having worked with prestigious companies such as Marvel, AMC, and Netflix. Outside of work, Ben is a gear-head who enjoys adventure, frequently found riding motorcycles and boats.

Claudia Rotondo started her career in sales & business development in the hospitality sector, then soon found her niche in recruiting.
